Man (40s) found dead in apartment in Co Carlow
He was pronounced dead at the scene and his body was taken to Waterford University Hospital for a post-mortem examination

Gardaí are investigating after a man’s body was found in an apartment in Carlow on Tuesday.
The man, aged in his 40s, was discovered in Graiguecullen yesterday morning, February 8.
He was pronounced dead at the scene and his body was taken to Waterford University Hospital for a post-mortem examination.

The results of the post-mortem will determine the course of the investigation.
Gardaí are not treating this as a suspicious incident at this time.
