Gardaí investigate after injured man found on Galway street
The man had been rushed to University Hospital Galway where he is being treated for his injuries

Gardaí and emergency services attended the scene of an incident this morning near Dominick Street in Galway where a man was found lying on the ground.
It had been earlier reported that the area around Monroe's pub was sealed off by gardai this morning but has since reopened.
The man had been rushed to University Hospital Galway where he is being treated for his injuries.

A garda spokesperson said: "Gardaí and emergency services attended the scene of an incident this morning near Dominick Street in Galway.
"A man has since been taken to University Hospital Galway."
Gardaí say that no further information is available at this time.
