Dublin Fire Brigade has shared some chilling video footage of an underground car park fire in Tallaght.
Residents of an apartment block above the car park had to be evacuated due to the blaze that broke out shortly after 9pm on Monday.
No injuries were reported after emergency workers dealt with the blaze in the underground car park.
Dublin Fire Brigade says the temperature of the car which was impacted was around 500 degrees.
Three crews attended the scene and visibility was severely restricted.
In the video posted online firefighters can be seen descending a staircase into the car park where a car is ablaze.

gade states that ‘yesterday at 9.32pm three fire engines were called to an underground car park fire in #Tallaght.
‘Firefighters in breathing apparatus entered the car park and found one car alight.
‘Using high pressure hose reels the fire was quickly dealt with. No injuries reported #Dublin #fire’
The service also tweeted: ‘3 fire engines have dealt with an underground car park fire in Tallaght tonight. A prompt evacuation led to no injuries being reported. The temperature of the vehicle was recorded approaching 500°C. Visibility was severely impacted #Dublin #fire #SDCC’
