spooktacular Clontarf home raises over €12k for Temple Street with quirky Halloween decoration

This Clontarf home has raised €12,510 for Temple Street for its quirky, annual Halloween-themed house displays.

The Stafford family, who live on Kincora Road in Clontarf, did not let Covid-19 stop them from having their annual fund raiser.

This year, they have converted the front of their house into a “Skeleton Staff” retirement party.

Passerby’s stopped in their droves to check out the outdoor display as the bony bodies huddled around a bubbling cauldron, drinking beer while four others lapped up drinks from a spooky cocktail menu.

Drinks on the Quarantini List include a Covid-Ninetini, Zoom Zombie and a Pandemic Punch.

A pair of skeleton “pandemic puppies” act as guard dogs and anyone who enjoys the set-up is encouraged to “creep it real” and to donate to Temple Street’s Trick or Treat campaign.
