Mr Reilly went missing in the midst of Storm Eunice
The body of missing Irishman Edward Reilly has been found in the Netherlands.
The Cavan man went missing on February 18th amid Storm Eunice.
He was last seen at approximately 12.30am after he was socialising with friends at Café Het Stiege in the centre of Almere Buiten.
When last seen, Mr Reilly was wearing black jeans and a black hoodie with white writing on the sleeves.
He had been living in the Netherlands for a number of years but is originally from the Corfree area of Gowna in Co. Cavan.
His body was located during a search of Lage vaart, a large body of water between Almere and Amsterdam on Friday.
Dutch police launched a missing persons investigation in the hopes to find him as his sister has travelled to the Netherlands to help with the search.
Sharing a photo of Mr Reilly online, his sister Lisa wrote: "Our brother is missing over in the Netherlands. If you can share this with any people you know in Almere, Amsterdam or the surroundings it would be brilliant. #helpusfindedward”
