Heidi made jaws drop in this fishnet dress layered over a bodysuit with a pair of thigh-high boots. Despite the see-through nature of the "dress", the three-quarter length sleeve and skirt to below the knee makes it work.

You just have to admire Heidi's all-in attitude when it comes to the red carpet. She could wear a black bag and pull it off - she makes a great case for stepping out in public in your smalls. The boots, however, I could live without.
