This is the face of drug dealer Greg Lynch, partying in the inner city flat complex which he has poisoned with crack cocaine and heroin for decades.

Lynch, who survived a shooting sanctioned by mob boss Daniel Kinahan, was horrifically injured after he was gunned down outside a pub in Cabra in 2013 after falling foul of murderer 'Fat' Freddie Thompson.

However, as our photographs show, he has undergone a lot of surgery and is back posing for photographs on nights out.

Lynch runs the dealing at Oliver Bond flats, the childhood home of Daniel and Christopher Kinahan Jnr, which has been turned into a drugs supermarket with children running the gauntlet of needles and crack pipes on their way to school.

He was once a key lieutenant of the mob before he was subjected to their 'dark ops' when he was shot in the face while he smoked a cigarette outside a party in the Cabra pub.

Lynch initially blamed the notorious Derek 'Bottler' Devoy for the attack and his brother 'Mad' Mickey was later killed in retaliation by associates of the injured dealer.

However it subsequently transpired that his would-be killers were actually his own childhood friends, and he had been marked for death by Thompson who was angry with him because of a dalliance he had with a woman.

Thompson is understood to have gone to Daniel Kinahan to have the hit sanctioned but when Lynch survived the attack the pair made up a story implicating Devoy, which ultimately resulted in his brother's death.

Mickey Devoy was lured to his death and shot three times in the head before he was dumped in a laneway in Tallaght in January 2015 but Lynch later learned he had nothing to do with the shooting and is understood that 'Bottler' was paid E100,000 in compensation. The money was discovered when he tried to move it to the UK and was taken by the Criminal Assets Bureau.

Lynch carried very heavy scarring on his paralysed face for years after the shooting but has recently been showing off the results of expensive cosmetic surgery which has him looking like new.

He has successfully turned Oliver Bond into a sprawling drug supermarket over the years.

Residents, terrified to speak out, have been campaigning behind the scenes to have the complex cleaned up so another generation of children do not grow up in the shadow of drugs.

Despite being monitored by 11 CCTV cameras, dealers line out day and night in the complex which is littered with crack pipes, tin foil and syringes. Jean Boylan, the mother of Daniel and Christopher Jnr, lived at the flats all her life and her local authority home was passed to her second partner Harry Mallon when she died in 2014.
