A sleazy second-hand car salesman who likes to snap kids going to the toilet has 'driven' his family business to the wall.

Andrew Tinsley has pulled down the shutters on the auto firm started by his father back in 1958 after business went downhill when his pervy secrets were revealed in court earlier this year.

Not only did he film men and kids in secret using the toilet, he also set up a covert camera in the bedroom of a B&B he runs.

In June we revealed how the how the 46-year-old had stored 160 videos of kids and adult men going to the toilet and had also secretly been filming guests at his B&B.

Yet when we door-stepped him he didn't much like having his photo taken himself - as he scurried back into his car showroom when he spotted our snapper.

Incredibly, the day after a judge decided not to send him to jail we snapped him again working away at RJ Tinsley Autos on the Church Road in Dromore.

The creep had hoped the people of Dromore would forgive his crimes and initially he continued selling cars to the unsuspecting people of the Co Down town.

But four months later and with business going downhill, Tinsley decided to call it a day.

The once-busy forecourt has been completely cleaned out of motor vehicles to sell and twisted Tinsley was nowhere to be seen.

But last night Tinsley vowed that he'd be back with a new car business.

When we posed as an interested member of the public he told us: "We are closed at the moment but we are in the process of starting up a new business on the same premises so just watch this space."

A source told the Sunday World: "It's disgrace how he has destroyed all the hard work his dad had put into building up the business.

"His dad took the business from nothing to a very successful car lot which had a brilliant reputation locally. People trusted him.

"Andrew took it over when he was in his 20s and his dad retired and now he's wrecked everything with his disgusting behaviour."

In June, Tinsley, from the Lurgan Road in Dromore, pleaded guilty to 18 sex offences.

His offending was discovered when a 14-year-old boy urinating in the toilets of CastleCourt shopping centre in January 2019 spotted him holding a mobile phone over the cubicle wall.

Tinsley tried to run away, shoving shoppers to one side as he made a break for it but security staff were able to grab him and hold him until police arrived.

On the RJ Tinsley company website, which states the business is permanently closed, it tells how Andrew assumed control of the business "at an early age".

It adds: "On retirement of his father and during this period has shown further development including an energetic rebranding of the business to it's present state."
