Afghan president flees country as Taliban advance on Kabul

The Afghan president, Ashraf Ghani, has fled the country as Taliban forces advanced into the capital, Kabul.
Mr Ghani left along with his national security adviser, Hamdullah Mohib, and a second close associate.
