Quick Bites: A great way tapas the day
They say what’s for you, won’t tapas you — and that’s true atGourmet Food Parlour.
Already hugely popular for brunch and lunch, the Dublin, Galway and soon-to-be Meath restaurant chain has just launched a host of new menus, including a selection of small plates which can be enjoyed as starters or shared for a Spanish-style tapas experience.

Firm brekkie favourites like chorizo hash are, of course, still available. But you can now also nibble on delicious dishes like wild mushroom arancini and panko calamari this summer.
New mains also feature a tasty fisherman’s pie and vegan Thai red crumbled tofu, sweet potato and red pepper curry. While for afters, don’t miss the new salted caramel profiteroles.
