Heinz and Terry’s Chocolate Orange have joined forces to create a limited edition mayonnaise - just in time for Christmas.
The brands have released 75 jars of the so-called "yuletide" concoction in Ireland.
“Christmas just got even Christmassier,” a statement said.
“Two of the nation’s festive feasting must-haves have come together for a world’s first and the absolute ultimate in Yuletide pairings: Heinz [Seriously] Good Mayonnaise and the unmistakable flavour of milk chocolate and real orange oil from Terry’s Chocolate Orange, all wrapped up and ready to delight your taste buds this Christmas.”
They’ve assured customers that their new product is "snow joke" and claim that it is actually rather delicious.

To make the rich spread, Heinz mixed their mayonnaise with melted Terry’s Chocolate Orange segments, Crème Patissière and an extra dose of Terry’s Chocolate Orange’s signature real orange oil.
What can you pair this condiment with I hear you ask? Creators recommend pairing it with brioche, scones, pancakes, or croissants. They also promise not to judge you if you decide to eat it straight out of the jar.
“Here at Heinz, we are always innovating, and love creating fun new limited-edition products that we know our fans will love,” Elaine McCague, Senior Commercial & Marketing Manager at Heinz Ireland said.
“This year we set out to create the most Christmassy Mayo that we could think of. And who better to partner with for that than the iconic Terry’s Chocolate Orange, one of the country’s favourite Christmas treats. And so, after months of development, we are absolutely delighted to be launching the world’s first-ever Chocolate Orange Mayo, just in time for Christmas.”
