COCKTAILS at brunch? Some things that are just NOT acceptable at home during a pandemic are an essential part of city life. Coffee lovers will know Ebb & Flow in Clontarf, who’ve now invested in a city-centre brunch spot, handily named Ebb & Flow too. In the heart of the foodie Mecca that is Camden Street, it will offer Dubliners a fancy brunch experience. The menu’s stand-out dishes include porridge, soufflé pancakes served with seasonal berries and maple syrup, and colourful Buddha Bowls bursting with flavour. A hero dish is The Forager — think sautéed wild mushrooms, truffle oil, poached eggs on a bed of spinach, and sourdough toast. Finally, a special mention needs to go to the pork bao served with tender BBQ Korean short ribs, kimchi, crispy onion, and a fried egg on a bao bun. Follow @ebbflowcoffee.
