Open-minded and practical, Dr Angela Brokmann has answered the nation's sex problems for 18 years. Here, she answers your dilemmas.

Dear Angela,

Before my fiancée (25) and I (28) get married next year I want to solve a problem that's been bothering me. My fiancée never has an orgasm, because I always come too quickly when we have sex.

I come after about three to four minutes, and although my fiancée never complains I would like to last longer. I'm sure it would be much more fun for both of us. What can I do to to make my fiancée come?

Spoil your fiancée during foreplay; ideally, her arousal level should be well ahead of yours before intercourse. When you make love, stimulate your fiancée's clitoris. Secondly, practice the so-called stop-and-go technique: make love until you're almost ready to climax then stop to cool off for a minute. Start again, and go a bit further this time, then stop again before you ejaculate. Repeat this three to four times before you allow yourself to climax.
