Open-minded and practical, Dr Angela Brokmann has answered the nation's sex problems for 18 years. Here, she answers you dilemmas.

Dear Angela,

My new girlfriend (26) has a habit that I find weird: when we sleep together, she always moves one of her hands between her legs to rub her clitoris. She's doing it in every position we've tried so far, even when she's on top, and I can clearly see what she's up to. Is she trying to show me that I'm no good in bed?

ANGELA SAYS: Don't worry; this is not about showing you that you're no good. Your new girlfriend obviously finds it difficult to climax without manual stimulation, and instead of asking you to do the honours, she just helps yourself. If it bothers you, try to take over; watch carefully what she's doing, and then touch your girlfriend the way she's touching herself.

If your efforts fail to impress her, don't be shy to ask her for directions.
