Dear Angela,

I've heard that watching porn is good for your marriage. I discussed it with a couple of my friends and they agreed. And these lads should know because they watch porn all the time.

I'd love to give it a try, but my wife doesn't believe in my theory. She accused me of making it up to make her watch sex films with me. What is your opinion on this?

Watching porn together can indeed give your sex life a little boost - whether you're married or not.

Porn can get you into the right mood, and it can inspire your fantasy and give you new ideas. Just keep in mind that porn does not give a realistic picture of what's going on in other people's bedrooms. There is a lot of playacting and exaggeration involved, especially when it comes to moaning, groaning and other ways of showing pleasure. Still, it's worth a try.
