Gardaí said they were at the scene of the blaze at on the N81.

Images show thick, black smoke pouring from the fourth floor of the complex while people can be seen making their way to safety.

Dublin Fire Brigade tweeted: "Four units including a hydraulic platform are dealing with a commercial building fire in Tallaght. Smoke was widely visible leading to multiple 999 calls. No injuries reported.
