Liverpool police hunt man with Irish accent for breach of prison release conditions

Police in Liverpool are hunting a man with an “Irish accent” for breaching his prison release licence conditions.

Merseyside Police are trying to find 33-year-old Stephen William Keane who has seemingly disappeared after being recalled to jail.

He is believed to have breached of his licence conditions following a sentence for assault and robbery offences.

He is described as being 5ft 8in tall, of medium build, with blue eyes and short, fair hair.

Police say that he speaks with a hybrid southern English and Irish accent and also goes by the names Joe or Joseph.

It is understood that Keane does not have a permanent residence and has links to Liverpool city centre, Dublin, and Middlesex.

Police are appealing for help to find Keane and ask that any information is reported to them via @MerPolCC on Twitter, ‘Merseyside Police Contact Centre’ on Facebook, or anonymously to Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111 with reference 21000788354.
