An Irish man has been found dead at a swimming pool in a popular Nepal hotel.
It has been reported that local police responded to the incident upon the discovery of a body on the first floor of the Hotel Manang in Kathmandu on Wednesday just after 3pm.
Nepalese media say security guards in the hotel raised the alarm after finding the man unresponsive.

Preliminary reports suggest that he may have fallen from the sixth story of the hotel.
The Department of Foreign Affairs told sundayworld.com that they are providing consular assistance.
