Teenager hospitalised in 'serious condition' after alleged stabbing in Dublin

A teenager was rushed to hospital in a “serious condition” last night after an alleged stabbing incident in Dublin city centre.
Gardaí are currently investigating the assault, which took place at City Quay, Dublin 2, on Saturday, 26th February.
The boy was taken to Temple Street Hospital by Dublin Fire Brigade, where his condition is understood to be serious.
Investigations are ongoing.

A garda spokesperson told sundayworld.com: “Gardaí in Kevin Street are investigating all the circumstances in relation to the alleged assault of a teenager that occurred at City Quay, Dublin 2 on 26th February, 2022.
“The youth was removed from the scene and taken to Temple Street Hospital by Dublin Fire Brigade.
"His condition is described as serious and investigations are ongoing.”
