
Busted Man arrested as €100,000 of cannabis seized in Ballymun drugs raid

A man has been arrested after €100,000 worth of cannabis was seized in Dublin drugs bust today.
The arrest was made as part of a joint operation was conducted on Wednesday by the Revenue Customs Service, the Garda National Drugs and Organised Crime Bureau (GNDOCB), and the DMR North Divisional Drugs Unit.
During the operation, which was targeting people suspected of being involved in organised crime gangs, a house in the Ballymun area of Dublin was searched.

Revenue Officers found and seized 5kg of herbal cannabis with an estimated street value of €100,000 inside.
Gardaí arrested a man, aged in his 30s, and he is detained at Ballymun Garda station under Section 2 of the Criminal Justice (Drug Trafficking) Act 1996.
Investigations are ongoing.
