Gardai seize two guns, three silencers and ammunition during raids in Clondalkin

Gardaí have seized two handguns, three silencers and 105 rounds of 9mm ammunition during an operation targeting drug dealing in west Dublin.
The search operation was conducted by Gardaí from Ronanstown Garda station, with the assistance of the Ronanstown Detective unit.
It followed intelligence received relating to an ongoing investigation into the sale and supply of drugs in Clondalkin.
A property in a housing estate was searched as part of the operation.

"During the course of the search a small amount of cannabis herb was seized along with two handguns, three silencers and 105 rounds of 9mmammuntion," a Garda spokesperson said.
"All firearms have been sent to the Ballistics Unit for analysis."
No persons were arrested during the search and investigations are ongoing, Gardai added
