
Dangerous weapons Gardai seize crossbow, arrows, airsoft pistol and fireworks in Ballymun raid
No arrests have been made and investigations are "ongoing.”
Gardai seized a crossbow and other potentially dangerous weapons during a raid on a house in north Dublin on Wednesday.
A spokesperson wrote on the official Twitter account: “Gardaí in Ballymun carried out a search today and seized a crossbow and arrows, fireworks and a F900 airsoft pistol.”
They added that no arrests had been made and that investigations were "ongoing.”

A spokesperson for An Garda Siochana told sundayworld.com that officers attached to the Street Crime Unit in the Ballymun District conducted a search under warrant of a residence in Dublin 11 yesterday (March 17).
“During the course of the search, a small quantity of suspected cannabis herb was seized along with a crossbow and seven arrows, an airsoft pistol and fireworks,” they said, adding: “Investigations are ongoing.”
