Arrested Four due in court over Christmas Eve assault and public order incident in Killarney
A number of items believed to be weapons were seized, including baseball bats, slash hooks and pitchforks.
Gardai investigating an assault and public order incident have arrested and charged four people and seized an assortment of deadly weapons.
Officers searched four properties as part of a probe into an incident which occurred at Hazelwood Drive, Killarney, Co. Kerry, in the early hours of Christmas Eve and other reports of criminality in the estate over the Christmas period.

Gardai also made a number of arrests and subsequently charged four people.
A man and a woman both aged in their 40s are being detained in Killarney Garda Station while two other men, aged in their 20s are being held in Tralee Garda Station. All are being held under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act 1984.
A garda spokesperson revealed: "All four persons have been charged and are scheduled to appear before Mallow District Court, tomorrow morning, Tuesday 29th December 2020."
