This is the woman that gardai say was murdered at her home in North Dublin almost five years ago.
Mother-of-two Amadea McDermott, from Ayrfield in Coolock, died on July 20, 2017.
Her former partner, Martin Hayes, with an address at Poddle Close, Crumlin, appeared before Dublin District Court on Monday morning where he was charged with her murder.
The court heard that the construction worker was arrested on Cork Street in Dublin this morning.
Sergeant Anthony Maloney told the court that when the 32-year-old was taken to Coolock Garda Station where he was charged with the murder of Ms McDermott at 8.02am, Mr Hayes replied "not guilty."
The court heard that the Director of Prosecutions has directed trial by indictment.
No bail application was made in court as the District Court does not have jurisdiction, but Judge Anthony Halpin was told an application will be made in the High Court.

Judge Halpin granted an application for legal aid and remanded Mr Hayes in custody to appear in court in Cloverhill on Friday 8 April for service of the book of evidence.
Mr Hayes, who had a black beard and was seen wearing paint-covered clothing, did not address the court during the short proceedings.
Judge Halpin remanded him in custody pending the preparation of a book of evidence.
Tributes were paid to Ms McDermott at the time of her death, and every year afterwards on the anniversary.
In a social media post on July 20, 2018, her brother Zack told of his sister’s bubbly personality and love for life.
“A year today. The day circles in my mind everyday,” he wrote, in a post of the young mother with a baby in her arms.
“This was you a few days before you were taken from us, as proud and happy as ever.
“You were dancing, singing, playing with all the kids and being the amazing person you always were.
“I have no doubt in my mind you’re up there with Da watching over us and your two little warriors. Not a day goes by that they don’t think about their Mam.
“I miss you more and more everyday. The pain never goes away and the heartbreak I have forever. I hope your angelic wings brighten up everyone’s hearts in heaven but I wish you were here to brighten up our hearts instead.”
