The Criminal Assets Bureau (CAB) has seized a huge haul of €19,000 in cash and expensive designer goods along with a Volkswagen Passat vehicle in a series of raids this morning. 

Bureau officers supported by the Customs Dog Unit searched three homes, a mobile home and a business in counties Dublin, Louth, Meath and Wexford.

Among the items that were discovered were:

• €19,000 in cash

• A Rolex watch.

• A number of Chanel and Louis Vuitton handbags.

• VW Passat vehicle.
