'vicious' Third woman charged following alleged fight at Longford Penneys store
It was alleged in court the incident was linked to an ongoing feud
A third woman has been charged arising out of an alleged violent row at a Longford clothes store last week.
Twenty-four-year-old Annalise Power, 18 The Hollows, Farnagh Hill, Longford, appeared at a sitting of Longford District Court following an incident at Penney’s, Longford Centre on March 16.
The court was told the episode was linked to an ongoing feud with Sgt Enda Daly describing it as a “vicious incident” and one which could result in further charges being brought.
Defence solicitor Bríd Mimnagh said Ms Power was someone who had no previous convictions.
Judge Bernadette Owens was told while the State had no objections to bail being granted, that stance was being taken subject to strict conditions.
They included directions that the accused sign on daily at Longford garda station between 4pm and 8pm, to provide a mobile phone number and remain contactable at all times, to refrain from uploading any material on social media regarding the alleged incident and to avoid contact directly or indirectly with members of the Dinnegan and Duignan family.
