Selena Gomez wants to be Blake Lively's friend

Selena Gomez "wishes" she was Blake Lively's friend.

The 'Come and Get It' hitmaker has never met the 'Green Lantern' actress but is in awe of her beauty and thinks they'd get on well if they ever did come face to face.

Asked if she had to trade hair with one of her friends, which one would she choose, she said: "She's not my friend, but can I switch hair with her?

"I wish she was my friend, but she's not my friend. Blake Lively. I've never met her, but I just love her hair. I think she's got beautiful, effortless hair. I think she's super beachy."

But the brunette beauty doesn't really want to change her locks and would only go blonde if her career required it.

Asked if she'd dye her hair a fairer hue, she told Elle.com: "No, unless it's for a movie role. I love my hair. I definitely think it's my staple piece. It's something that makes me feel like me, but when I'm acting or doing anything for a role, obviously I can't ever say that I wouldn't do it, but it would have to be for something like that."

In order to maintain her sender frame and glowing skin, the 24-year-old beauty likes to wrap herself in a "sweat bed" like a "burrito" and stays in the heat for 45 minutes.

She explained: "I have a sweat bed, which looks like a burrito that I wrap myself up in, and I sweat for about 45 minutes. Just little things to kind of keep me healthy and keep me focused.

"You can actually buy it. I started going to a place called Shape House, and you lay in these beds in a sweatsuit, and they wrap you up and you sweat for 45 minutes and it releases all the toxins of your body, and you kind of feel...kind of the equivalent of a sauna, but it gets your heart rate up, and it gets everything flowing in your body.

"It's changed my skin, it's kind of changed my body as well, so it feels really good. That's kind of been something that works for me personally."
