Sandra Bullock ‘hopeful for tomorrow’

Sandra Bullock is “hopeful” life will continue to be amazing moving forward.

The 51-year-old has experienced a whole lot of heartbreak in the past, as she divorced former husband Jesse James in 2010 after discovering he cheated on her.

But things look to be picking up considerably for her, as in addition to scoring major career wins, Sandra is rumoured to be dating male model Bryan Randall.

“My life has been wonderful,” she told reporters at a Toronto International Film Festival press conference, according to Us Weekly magazine. “It’s a great day today, hopefully it’s a great day tomorrow. I’m very lucky to be here, very blessed. What I want for the future [is] more of the same but if it doesn’t happen there will be a good reason for it.”

Sandra visited the Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF) to promote her new film Our Brand Is Crisis, in which she portrays a political campaign strategist.

And she is convinced the entertainment industry runs like the world of politics.

"It's in the entertainment business... the manipulation, the cynicism, the circus, all of it. It's exactly the same. It's about selling,” Sandra noted to The Hollywood Reporter.

When she is not turning attention to career matters, Sandra is performing domestic duties for her adopted son Louis.

The little boy just entered kindergarten this week and the milestone left her weeping.

“Kindergarten started four days ago,” Sandra told ET Canada. “Once again, I’m crying. All I did was cry this week. I didn’t let him see it. I did the the drop off, I was strong, and then I turned with all the other parents and like…Of course, whatever song was on the radio was extra poignant. I was a mess, but I’m always a mess.”
