Rihanna: TV 'saves my life'

Rihanna says TV "saves her life".

The 'Diamonds' hitmaker adores reality shows and says tuning in to her favourite programmes have provided her with much-needed relaxation time away from her busy work schedule.

She said: "I love reality TV. I'm so bad. I like 'Love & Hip Hop' and 'Bad Girls Club'. It's ridiculous.

"You forget about TV when you're working, but it has been saving my life any time I get back to my hotel room.

"My favourite thing has been to watch television. I watch anything."

The 27-year-old beauty has had minor roles in movies such as 'Battleship', 'This Is The End' and 'Annie' but has landed a major part opposite Jennifer Lopez in animated adventure 'Home' and she wants to build on her filmography and do more acting.

She said: "Acting is so new to me but I would love to do more - definitely.

"It's such a big world and there are so many skilled people in this industry. I feel like it's something you need to take seriously and it's something that I would be interested in taking seriously."

Rihanna enjoys turning her hand to new things because she gets bored of what she is doing very quickly.

She added to Grazia magazine: "I love exploring and I love new things. I get bored in a moment so I'm always thinking about what's next."
