Nicki Minaj's hairdresser in phone row
Nicki Minaj's hairdresser allegedly took a fan's phone after she tried to take a picture of the singer.
The 33-year-old singer was on a flight from New Jersey on Saturday (03.09.16) with her hair stylist sitting next to her when the assistant became convinced a girl in the row behind was trying to take a picture of the 'Starships' hitmaker.
According to TMZ, the hairdresser flipped out and snatched the fan's phone and began deleting pictures, but the girl is said to have taken it right back.
The unnamed person wanted to file a report about it so police were called when the flight touched down in Los Angeles.
All parties involved were questioned but police didn't make any arrests.
A representative for the star has not commented on the claims.
Nicki previously ran into trouble with a different hairdresser, who filed a $30 million lawsuit against her.
Terrence Davidson had claimed he helped design the singer's iconic multi-coloured wigs and she agreed to partner with him on a new line of the hairpieces, but then cut him out of the deal.
But a judge sided with the 'Super Bass' hitmaker as he explained there was nothing special about coloured wigs and anyone had a right to make them, so the hairdresser's creative claim was false.
To make the point, the judge singled out three of Nicki's wigs, The Pink Upper Bun Wig, The Fox Fur Wig and the Pink High Top Wig.
The legal expert also insisted any so-called deal made between the former 'American Idol' judge and the hairdresser was just vague.
