Nick Jonas sells Hollywood mansion for $3.4m
Nick Jonas has sold his Hollywood mansion for $3.4 million.
The 22-year-old singer bought the Spanish-style home in the Hollywood Hills in November 2013 for $3.2 million, but has sold it for a $200,000 profit, according to the Los Angeles Times newspaper.
The 'Jealous' hitmaker's luxurious property features four bedrooms and five bathrooms, as well as a hidden pool surrounded by flagstones, pristine gardens and enviable views of the city.
The interior is fitted with a wood-burning fireplace and a grand piano, while the gourmet kitchen has marble counter tops and high-grade stainless steel appliances.
Despite Nick's Hollywood home featuring an expensively-assembled kitchen, the singer recently confessed he can't cook simple dishes.
Nick - who is dating former Miss Universe Olivia Culpo - admitted he is hapless in the kitchen and has given up trying as he couldn't even master straightforward culinary tasks.
He shared: "I'm not very good at cooking. I can barely boil an egg so I don't even try any more."
What's more, Nick confessed that his favourite food is pizza and he could live off a "fancy" version of the dish for the rest of his life.
The singer-songwriter said: "If I could only eat one food for the rest of my life, it would be pizza, obviously, with truffle and ricotta.
"I like pepperoni too but if I'm eating this for the rest of my life, I'll have something fancy."
