Mark Salling set to surrender to police - report

Mark Salling is reportedly to be arraigned on two charges of child pornography on Friday (03Jun16).

The 33-year-old actor, who portrayed football playing punk-turned-singer Noah 'Puck' Puckerman on hit TV series Glee, is scheduled to turn himself in to authorities after being indicted on the counts by a grand jury last week (ends27May16), reports editors at Page Six.

The disgraced actor was arrested on 29 December (15) after police officers raided his home in Sunland, California following a tip-off, and allegedly discovered "thousands" of inappropriate images on his personal devices, which were seized.

He was taken into custody following the bust by the Los Angeles Police Department's Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force unit and released after posting $20,000 (£13,700) bail. Salling faces up to 20 years in prison for receiving child pornography and 20 years for possessing it.
