Lisa Snowdon to take QVC calls
Lisa Snowdon will be manning the phones on QVC tonight (02.10.15).
The 43-year-old model-and-presenter will be encouraging viewers to make donations for Breast Cancer Care as the channel stages their annual fundraising extravaganza for the charity this evening.
Breast Cancer Care Ambassador and QVC jewellery designer Lisa said: "I am a passionate supporter of Breast Cancer Care so was delighted when I was asked to help take donations for the QVC charity show. I'm keen to raise awareness of the fantastic show that QVC puts on and urge people to pick up their phones and pledge their support to a great cause. Who knows, you could win an incredible prize, whilst you're at it!"
The three-hour show will also include guest appearances from Lulu and Michelle Mone, while 'Britain's Got Talent' swing quartet Jack Pack will be closing the show with a rendition of 'Mack the Knife'.
QVC - who have already raised £5.3 million for Breast Cancer Care since they began supporting the organisation in 1999 - have collaborated with a number of brands and famous faces to create a range of pink products to help raise money for the charity, with everything from charm bracelets to a limited-edition pink Dyson vacuum cleaner up for sale.
Viewers can also get involved by making a donation throughout the show by calling the hotline number on 0800 24 32 12 or texting 'CARE' to 70300. All donations and 70% of all product sales will be donated to Breast Cancer Care.
