Lindsay Lohan ‘rejects tell-all’
Lindsay Lohan has reportedly “refused” publishers’ offers for a tell-all book.
The 29-year-old actress has enjoyed a wild life so far, having been imprisoned, put on probation and forced into rehab among other scandals.
Although it was recently claimed she was due to pen details of her shocking history into a biography, apparently this is not the case at all.
“Lindsay has had numerous offers to do a tell-all book about her time in rehab, her brushes with the law, her crazy family, or to lift the lid on the less glamorous side of a Hollywood starlet,” a source told PageSix. “But she refused those offers, and she’s working on something related to style and fashion and her travels, an educational book.”
News the Mean Girls star was planning a book first arose last year. But Lindsay insisted it wouldn't be a tell-all, focusing on positive subjects instead.
"I would never write to violate someone else or objectify them; that's not my intention. I like to write because it's like therapy for me. I want to put a lot of photos and cool stuff, it will probably be like a trilogy, like Harry Potter because there's so many," she told MailOnline.
"I've kept journals my whole life, since when I was a kid and stuff and I think I have a lot to say."
Lindsay recently claimed she is over partying hard and getting into dangerous situations.
The star isn’t at all interested in recreating the past.
"I’m in a really good place. I’m blessed to have been able to do a play in London and start a different way of life," Lindsay told America’s Hello! magazine. "New York is very fast paced, and it’s not like that for me over here. You grow up and you change, and I’m really happy about that, as overall I feel a lot better. Moving here was a new start for me and my outlook on life is different now.”
