The 60-year-old Kardashian matriarch was given a set of gold balloons from her only son Rob Kardashian, which spelt out 'Love you Mom' , on Thursday (04.08.16), one day after she crashed her brand new white Rolls-Royce into another vehicle on the 101 freeway in Los Angeles, Calabasas.

The momager shared a picture of her present on her Instagram account alongside the caption: ""I love you too Rob!!!! Thank you for the beautiful balloons and for loving me the way you do!! @robkardashian #love (sic)."

And the 'Keeping Up with the Kardashians' star took to social media again to thank her daughter Khloé Kardashian, 32, for the bouquet of flowers.

Although it was believed the mother of six - who also has daughters Kourtney, 37, Kim Kardashian West, 35, Kendall, 20, and Kylie, 18, -had injured her wrist, Kylie has confirmed her mother is feeling "OK" after the incident.

Following the crash, Kylie told her 17.2 million Twitter followers she rushed straight down to the scene of the accident to be by her mother's side and gave an update on her mother's well-being.

She wrote: "I was not involved in the accident. Everything's ok. (sic)"

Meanwhile, Kris has admitted she is "sore" after the accident but is overwhelmed with the amount of concern that has flooded in since the crash.

Kris - who has already replaced the $250,000 car - said: "I'm feeling really blessed. Just sore and shaken."
