Kelly Brook rids 'destructive' things from her life
Kelly Brook has got rid of all the "destructive" things in her life.
The 'One Big Happy' star - who split from on/off fiancé David McIntosh earlier this year - has overhauled her lifestyle and couldn't be happier.
She said: "I've got rid of all the destructive things. This year, anything that was weighing me down, that was negative - I just got rid of.
"I changed my whole life and it's the best thing I've ever done."
And the brunette beauty is enjoying life in Los Angeles much more than her native UK.
She said: "I'm so much more relaxed there. I feel like in England it's always a fight."
Among the changes Kelly, 35, has made is to give up alcohol and thinks it is the right thing to do to keep looking good in the future.
She said: "I've cut out bread. I don't eat French fries.
"I want to look good for another 10 years and if I drink and go out and live that lifestyle ... It chips away at you really slowly and I just don't want to do that.
"I want to really take care of myself while I can."
