Jennifer Aniston: Theroux makes me laugh

Jennifer Aniston says Justin Theroux's dry sense of humor is a huge bonus.

The celebrity couple became engaged in 2012 and finally tied the knot last month. Fans were overjoyed when they heard the news and of course Jennifer, 46, can't stop gushing about her new husband.

"He is kind, honest, and generous and has empathy for other people... I think that's amazing!" she beamed to German magazine TV Direkt. "The fact that he also has a dry sense of humor is a big plus."

Because they waited so long to get hitched, there were countless rumors of the pair getting married in secret. In the end they surprised even their nearest and dearest by saying their vows during a party that was supposed to be for Justin's 44th birthday.

But why did they take their time?

"We weren't in a rush. It's not like we felt any less close to one another just because we didn't have a piece of paper to prove we were together," the actress clarified.

Jennifer has been married once before, to Brad Pitt, but they divorced in 2005. Now she's sure she's found the man she wants to spend the rest of her life with.

"When it comes to relationships, I'm a late bloomer," she explained. "But I've learnt from my mistakes, am comfortable in my own skin and have more confidence that ever. In Justin, I have met my best friend - that's the icing on the cake!"
