Jenna Dewan Tatum: 'I will make my daughter watch Step Up!'

Jenna Dewan Tatum joked she and Channing Tatum will force their daughter to watch their movie Step Up.

The couple met on the set of the 2006 teen dance flick, which followed the story of wayward teen Tyler (played by Channing) who was taught how to dance ballet by student Nora (Jenna) in order to land a promising college scholarship.

And the 35-year-old revealed in a recent interview she and Channing will be making their three-year-old daughter Everly watch Step Up when she's old enough - whether she wants to or not.

"We keep saying we are going to force feed Step Up to Everly," she joked to Women's Wear Daily. "Like, 'You have to watch. You have to see where you came from.'"

Jenna and Channing shared their first kiss on set of the movie, moved to Los Angeles once shooting had wrapped, and have been inseparable ever since. They married in 2009, and welcomed daughter Everly in 2013.

However, the couple won't have to pressure their daughter too much to take up dancing, as she already seems keen on the profession.

"(Everly)'s a very free-spirited little kid," Jenna gushed of their toddler. "She likes to run around and do her own thing. But she loves a tutu and she will put on three or four and go around the house and do little shake moves."

Jenna and Channing recently celebrated the 10 year anniversary of Step Up, with the actress sharing a video of herself and her husband recreating a dance move from the film.

"I cannot believe it's the 10 year anniversary of the release today!! Ahhhh where does the time go?? Love you all and thanks for all the love all these years,” the Witches of East End star wrote alongside a throwback photo of herself from the set of the movie with Channing earlier this month (Aug16).
