Holly Madison welcomes a new Playmate as she has a baby boy
Holly Madison has given birth to a healthy baby boy.
The former Playboy Playmate and U.S. reality star became a mother for the second time when she and husband Pasquale Rotella welcomed a son into the world on Sunday (07Aug16). The couple are already parents to three-year-old Rainbow Aurora.
Pasquale announced the new arrival on his Instagram on Monday (08Aug16), sharing a snap of his baby boy's hand in his own.
“What an incredible week. A crazy, stressful start, which transformed into this magical moment," he wrote alongside the picture. "First, a five-year-long indictment against me was finally dismissed; then yesterday Holly, Rainbow & I welcomed a healthy 8-pound, 14-ounce baby boy to the family."
The indictment Pasquale is referring to is due to his role as CEO of Insomniac events. He was accused of giving around $2 million in kickbacks to the LA Coliseum's event manager, but has now been cleared of charges of felony bribery, embezzlement and conspiracy charges by the Los Angeles County District Attorney office.
Now he is hoping to move on from the legal drama, and is concentrating on his new position as a father of two.
“Now I’m holding my beautiful son at the hospital reading amazing birthday wishes from all of you," he wrote. "Definitely one of the most memorable weeks of my life! Lots of love to everyone who took the time to post, tag or send me a message online. I’m grateful & touched! We’ll be heading home from the hospital later & I’ll be posting photos of the new baby soon. Thanks ‘n love you ALL!"
Holly kept things simple with her comment about the birth, simply sharing a heart emoji and a baby emoji on her Twitter page.
She previously revealed that she had a strong feeling the couple might be having a boy, telling People in January: "I'm kind of feeling the boy vibe. We'll see how psychic I am!"
It remains to be seen what Rainbow thinks of her new baby brother, as Holly had said: "She is rooting for a girl."
