Drake 'doesn't want to be Rihanna's boyfriend'
Rihanna and Drake aren't dating, a source has insisted.
After grinding against each other during a performance of their new song Work at the BRIT Awards in February (16), it's been claimed that the former flames, who have been on-off for years, are giving their romance another go.
However, a friend of the pair has revealed that Drake is not prepared to commit to the 28-year-old brunette beauty at this time.
"Drake and Ri-Ri do have terrific chemistry," a source told Britain's Heat magazine.
"He is very attracted to her, but he knows with Rihanna it's all or nothing, and he just can't commit to her like that. He still wants to be friends and party with her, but he doesn't want to be her boyfriend."
The Hotline Bling star was also spotted dancing and kissing at London's Libertine nightclub ahead of their performance. But the source added that the rapper, 29, is only looking to have fun with the singer.
"He doesn't want to give her the wrong idea. He knows that one hook-up with Ri means 25 phone calls and texts, and he's just had enough of that.
"He doesn't want to hurt her, but she is so not over him," the source said.
The Canadian star has long had a soft spot for Rihanna and in 2014 told Rolling Stone magazine he admitted she was his ultimate woman.
"She's the ultimate fantasy. I mean, I think about it. Like, 'Man, that would be good.' We have fun together, she's cool and sh*t," he said.
Rihanna has had several relationships over the years including a serious romance with rapper Chris Brown, which ended abruptly after he assaulted her in 2009.
She has also been linked most recently to Leonardo DiCaprio, Travis Scott and racing driver champion Lewis Hamilton.
