Diane Kruger assures fans she is 'good' after break up
Newly-single actress Diane Kruger is "all good" after ending her 10-year romance with Joshua Jackson.
The Inglourious Basterds beauty split from the former Dawson's Creek actor last month (Jul16), just days after the couple had celebrated her 40th birthday together in New York City.
Diane quickly returned to the spotlight, and at a Big Apple screening for her new movie Disorder on Tuesday (09Aug16), she told reporters she was doing well following the break-up.
"It's all good... all good," she said.
The German actress was in good spirits as she confirmed her single status and admitted she is open to dating again, joking to the press, "If you have a suggestion, let me know!"
Diane has been keeping herself busy in recent weeks, jetting off to Sri Lanka to shoot a new commercial with her friend and filmmaker Fabienne Berthaud, but she is looking forward to enjoying some down time, reports People.com.
"After tomorrow, I'm on vacation," she smiled. "I've been filming for the last four months, so I have the month off, so I'm literally going to do nothing and get fat."
But the star has yet to decide where to spend her time off: "I don't know yet," she confessed. "I want to visit friends who I never get to see. I have some in Miami, different places."
Jackson has been keeping a low profile since the split, which occurred months after Diane revealed she had left her pad in Paris, France to move in with her beau in New York.
"(Moving to New York) was a major commitment," she explained to The Edit in March (16). "That's a big step into adulthood for me, to allow that time for someone else out of my time."
