Delevingne to Madden: Who do you think you are?!
Cara Delevingne has slammed Richard Madden for overstepping his bounds.
The 29-year-old British actor, who famously played Robb Stark King in the North on Game of Thrones, criticised the supermodel-turned-actress after she gave an awkward interview with Good Day Sacramento while promoting her movie Paper Towns.
And Cara launched a counterattack against Richard via Twitter on Tuesday, telling him to mind his own business.
“@_richardmadden I have no idea who you are but I think it's little desperate for a grown man to be bad mouthing someone they don't know (sic),” she sniped.
But Cara’s upset didn’t end there.
The 23-year-old star accused Richard of making the snide comments in an attempt to steal some of her spotlight.
“@_richardmadden if you really want attention that badly, try focusing on your own work and not other people's,” Cara said.
Cara’s appearance on Good Day Sacramento went viral and even the hosts of the programme slammed her behaviour, suggesting she “go take a little nap, maybe get a Red Bull”.
During a recent interview Richard said he was appalled by the entire spectacle.
“It was unprofessional. It made her seem ungrateful. She showed her age. For Cinderella, I did six weeks of those interviews, where you get asked the same eight questions,” he told Yahoo! Lifestyle when asked about her interview.
“If you’re not capable of doing that gracefully, then don’t do it.”
Richard has yet to respond to Cara’s angry tweets.
He is busy filming another project in Italy.
“Horse riding and stunt fighting in a field outside Rome. #happytuesday,” reads his last post on Twitter.
