Chris Brown jokes about Kanye West video appearance
Chris Brown has seen the funny side of his butt-baring appearance in Kanye West's controversial music video Famous.
The Loyal singer was one of many public figures featured in Kanye's "visual event", which premiered at The Forum in Inglewood, California on Friday night (24Jun16) before it was streamed on Jay Z's Tidal service.
In the shocking promo, Chris, or his lookalike, is laying naked in a big bed besides former girlfriend Rihanna, who he famously assaulted in 2009, and pop star Taylor Swift. Chris is laid on his front with his bottom partially covered with a white sheet.
Most of the stars in the video, including Caitlyn Jenner and Kanye's ex Amber Rose, have kept silent on their 'appearance', but Chris has spoken out on Instagram to prove he has no hard feelings although he wishes his butt wasn't so exposed.
"Why I gotta have the plumbers butt/ crack showing WAX figure?", he writes followed by crying with laughter emojis. "This n**ga KANYE CRAZY, talented, but crazy."
It isn't clear who is actually in the bed naked or who has been faked with computer effects or wax works. Kanye refused to comment on it when speaking with Vanityfair.com as he wanted to keep it ambiguous.
According to TMZ.com, a representative for U.S. presidential hopeful Donald Trump has denied it is actually him in the bed.
Other notable appearances include Ray J, who famously had a sex tape with Kanye's wife Kim, former U.S. President George Bush and comedian Bill Cosby, who is currently battling allegations of sexual assault from more than fifty women.
Kanye name drops Taylor in the song with the lyric, "I feel like me and Taylor might still have sex... I made that b**ch famous," and the pair have been warring over whether she gave him permission or not.
He refused to be drawn on the issue with Vanity Fair, but told them Kim signed off on the content. He said, "(I say) a lot of lines other wives would not allow a husband to say... But my wife also puts up photos that other husbands wouldn't let them put up. One of the keys to happiness in our marriage is we’re allowed to be ourselves.”
