Catherine Zeta-Jones gets revenge on photographers by sharing bikini snaps
Catherine Zeta-Jones got her own back on paparazzi by sharing some sexy bikini pictures on Instagram on Wednesday (23Nov16).
The 47-year-old actress is celebrating Thanksgiving in an unknown tropical location with husband Michael Douglas and delighted fans by posting two pictures showing off her incredible figure in a black two-piece.
One shows Catherine pouting for the camera, with her hands on her hips to highlight her washboard abs, while the other is taken from behind, with the mother-of-two displaying her enviably pert derriere as she stands on tiptoes and holds onto her hat while admiring the views.
The Chicago star explained to fans she had decided to share the shots, unusually revealing pictures for her, to foil the paparazzi who had been snapping her on her vacation.
"P**sed the paparazzi photographed my a** thus sharing the photographs my husband took of my a**," Catherine captioned the side by side pictures. "Always a better option for viewing."
Catherine didn't reveal where she was for the photo opportunity, but the sunshine and palm trees suggests the couple have decided to spend Thanksgiving in a tropical location.
It seems that Michael and Catherine's marriage is stronger than ever, following their brief split in 2013 due to the pressures of Michael's throat cancer diagnosis and Catherine's battle with bipolar disorder.
At the time the Welsh actress acknowledged the stress of Michael's illness caused her to get "sideswept with stress", eventually making the decision to check into a health care facility to seek help.
"I wasn't as strong as I thought I could have been," the star admitted at the time during an appearance on Late Night With Jimmy Fallon.
Since then, both Catherine and Michael have adopted a new approach to their relationship.
Speaking at the AARP movie awards earlier this year (16), Michael explained: "I think it's just moment to moment. Catherine reminds me, I like to say sometimes, we all make more efforts to strangers than we do to the people closest to us.
"I think love, without getting too corny, nourishing each other, working at relationships, good sustenance, good food, good kids, all kind of a combination."
The couple has two children together, son Dylan, 16, and 13-year-old daughter Carys.
