Big Ang's estranged husband attends funeral service
Big Ang's estranged husband Neil Murphy has led mourners at her first funeral service.
The 'Mob Wives' star's former beau - who was reportedly at the brunette beauty's bedside when she died three days ago - was present at the first of four visitations that took place at Scarpaci Funeral Home in Brooklyn this weekend.
The visitations come just two days before the reality TV star - whose real name was Angela Raiola - will be officially laid to rest at the Basilica of Regina Pacis in her hometown of Staten Island in New York on Monday afternoon (22.02.16).
Big Ang sadly passed away on Thursday (18.02.16) at the age of 55, following an aggressive battle with throat cancer that had spread to her brain and lungs, following her tragic diagnosis in March 2015.
The news she had stage IV cancer came as a shock to Big Ang and her friends as she appeared to be on the road to recovery following two successful surgeries last year.
And, despite the breakdown of their relationship, Neil - who works as a sanitation worker - was "there the whole time."
Carla Facciolo - who also appears on 'Mob Wives' - said previously: "He's part of her life. He's still her husband, you know? I don't know if they got back together, but to Ang when she throws somebody off her for a little bit, they're always back in."
Big Ang is survived by her sister, Janine, her two children - Raquel and Anthony Donfrio - and six grandchildren.
