Anna Faris 'fears Chris' flourishing fame'

Anna Faris apparently doesn't want to get left behind in the wake of husband Chris Pratt's skyrocketing career.

The two actors have been married since 2009, and are proud parents to son Jack, three.

When they met in 2007, Anna was a much bigger name than Chris thanks to her stints in the Scary Movie franchise. However, in the past year, Chris' career has revved up and he's quickly become Hollywood's go-to guy.

"Now Anna's scared Chris' instant fame is going to ruin them. He's taking off in a big way, and she doesn't want to get left behind. She's feeling incredibly insecure," a source confided to American OK!

"As it is, he goes out of his was to reassure there's nothing to worry about in their relationship."

Last month Anna admitted rumours surrounding their relationship were "weirdly stinging". Her comments came after reports surfaced that she was worried Chris was going to cheat with his Passengers co-star Jennifer Lawrence.

"[In the past] she would have ignored the chatter. But now she's panicking that the whole world thinks her marriage is failing, she's spending more time working on what to tell people than she is actually fixing any issues in the relationship. It's sad," the source said.

Despite Anna's alleged apprehension, things seem to be blissful for the pair. Both regularly post pictures of each other on social media, with Anna recently captioning a sweet shot of Chris and Jack taking a nap: "My sweet brave men need to rest sometimes and also wear eyepatches for two hours everyday @prattprattpratt (sic)."
