VB: I go always go incognito

Victoria Beckham often gets mistaken for her lookalike.

The former Spice Girl is one of the best-known faces in fashion but claims she can still go undercover quite easily. Even when heading to the supermarket near her home in England she can fool the attendants by ditching the heels and high-fashion outfits for a more laidback look.

"A lot of people probably don’t even notice me - I’ll dash around Marks & Spencer in my flat shoes, head down, with a shopping basket... Occasionally, at the checkout, a cashier will say: 'You look just like Victoria Beckham,'" she smiled in an interview with Vogue Australia.

Victoria also graces the cover of the publication's August issue, looking amazing in a structured monochrome blouse with power shoulders.

Taking to her Twitter, the 41-year-old also shared more snaps from her shoot with Patrick Demarchelier.

In one she wears her own design, a black-and-white dress with wide stripes and a buckled strap. Her make-up is natural and her hair is tied back loosely with soft strands framing her face.

"Wearing one of my favourite dresses from my Autumn Winter collection x vb @vogueaustralia @VBDoverSt (sic)," she captioned the picture on Twitter.

Victoria also gave an insight into her life with husband David, who she celebrated her 16th anniversary with at the weekend, and their four children Brooklyn, Romeo, Cruz and Harper. It seems the kids have inherited the best of both parents.

"The three boys love football like their dad; they love all sport, not just football. And they’re into so many other things," she revealed.

"They love art; they’re very creative, very arty. Brooklyn loves photography; he’s got a really great eye."
