Top models jet to Paris for Victoria's Secret Fashion Show

Lily Aldridge and Alessandra Ambrosio are among the models to jet to Paris over the weekend for the upcoming Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show.

The American lingerie brand’s annual fashion spectacle takes place on 30 November (16), at the Grand Palais in the French capital.

As excitement builds for the glitzy show, a number of top models have made their way to the location as they prepare for the big night. Taking to her Instagram page on Sunday (27Nov16), Martha Hunt started the party early, and posted a snap of herself and pal Lily posing in matching pink T-shirts, while holding glasses of champagne. While Brazilian star Alessandra also posed inside a plane, choosing to share a picture of herself in the cockpit surrounded by the captain and crew.

“Taking off .... next stop #Paris #vsfsparis16,” she captioned the snap on Instagram.

Jasmine Tookes, who will model the $3 million (£2.45 million) Fantasy Bra in the show, also travelled in style to Europe, sharing a snap of herself and Josephine Skriver in matching Victoria’s Secret T-shirts.

And Bella Hadid was very much excited about her first appearance for the brand, uploading an image of her friends Kendall Jenner, Lily Donaldson and Joan Smalls waving mini tricolour flags and cards shaped in the likeness of the Eiffel Tower.

“We're ready!!!!! Let's gooo beautiful ladies!!!! @victoriassecret #VSFS2016 Coming for you Paris!!!,” Bella said.

Meanwhile, amongst all of the excitement, model Elsa Hosk has divulged her top tips for fashion stars about to walk the Victoria's Secret runway for the first time.

“The best advice that I ever got was just have fun. Feel the vibe,” she told Popsugar.com “Feel the music. Don't feel insecure. You're there for a reason. Just rock it and have fun.”

The Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show, which will include performances from The Weeknd, Lady Gaga and Bruno Mars, airs around the world from 5 December (16).
