Top model Tess Holliday welcomes son
Model Tess Holliday has become a mum for a second time after giving birth to a baby boy.
The plus-sized beauty, 30, welcomed her son on 6 June (16), her representative has confirmed to People Magazine.
She and her fiance Nick Holliday have named the newborn Bowie Juniper Holliday.
He weighed in at eight pounds 10 ounces and Tess has shared a picture of her son with the outlet to celebrate his arrival.
In the shot, Bowie lies on a bed in a star-print baby grow. Tess can be seen holding his legs with a look of pure joy on her face.
The size 22 model confirmed she was expecting her first child with Holliday in January (16). She has a 10-year-old son, named Rylee, from a previous relationship.
“It definitely was not planned and I was a little nervous when I first found out (I was pregnant), but I’m excited!” she gushed to People earlier this year (16).
“When I had my son, I was 20 and I didn’t know what I was doing and I didn’t have help. I’m really excited to be doing it again and have support, and be able to enjoy having a baby, because I couldn’t last time."
However, Tess was under no illusion that she would remember everything from her first pregnancy, adding: "It’s been 10 years since I had a kid, so there are so many things that are new.
"My friends that have babies are posting all of these new swings and breastfeeding techniques and new bottles, and it’s really overwhelming because I thought, 'I’ve already done all this', but it feels like I haven’t. I’m having to relearn a lot!"
