Suki Waterhouse wishes she could wear Gucci every day

Suki Waterhouse would wear Erdem and Gucci every day if she could.

The British model has recently been dipping her toes into the design world, co-founding accessories label Pop & Suki with her best friend Poppy Jamie.

In a feature for Hello! Fashion Monthly, the pair ran through what their fantasy day would be like.

“We’d both wear Erdem and Gucci every day if we could. We always give each other fashion advice, but have very different styles and will wear things quite differently,” Suki smiled.

She also explained how they’d start their day by lazing around in matching pink onesies and eating avocado on toast.

TV presenter Poppy touched on which decade they’d live in if they could choose, admitting they both love the swinging sixties.

“If we could live in any historical fashion era it would be the ‘60s, without a shadow of a doubt. Brigitte Bardot is an ultimate style icon for both of us,” she said.

Brigitte would also make it onto the guest list at their dream house party.

“Poppy would cook and we’d organise a house party,” Suki shared. “We’d invite PJ Harvey, Patti Smith, Brigitte Bardot, Stella McCartney, Natalie Massenet, Victoria Beckham and Sheryl Sandberg to our dream girly dinner. We’d put some hip hop, and wouldn’t stop dancing until we ordered pizzas at 3am.”

Pop & Suki launched in October, offering a 17-piece range of bags and accessories. Suki previously called the line “clean and minimal” telling Vogue.com the pair aimed to “juxtapose functionality with femininity”.
